However, our clients found from their internal research that many employees are either unaware of the options available to them or simply feel they are not allowed to utilize them due to “flexibility stigma”.

MY ROLE: Account Manager (client contact) & Visual Design Lead
Redesign the FWA webpages on the company’s intranet so that employees can easily see what options are available to them, and what resources they should use to approach requesting and exercising FWA.
Encouraging mangers to invoke a “top down” approach by exercising FWA themselves if they don’t already, and actively encouraging members of their team to do so as well (within reason).
