Redesign of the DMV webpage and practical, in-person solutions to user problems

THE PROBLEM

Users need easily accessible ways to address their DMV needs in a timely, organized manner.

OUR SOLUTION

  1. DMV Kiosks: physical kiosks set up throughout Washington, D.C. would help alleviate simpler tasks from the long DMV lines. Other states have already started putting these into practice.

  2. A User Profile Feature would enable users to see exactly what they have on file and what they need to do to keep their paperwork and payments up to date.
