OUR SOLUTION
DMV Kiosks: physical kiosks set up throughout Washington, D.C. would help alleviate simpler tasks from the long DMV lines. Other states have already started putting these into practice.
A User Profile Feature would enable users to see exactly what they have on file and what they need to do to keep their paperwork and payments up to date.
